Report a Video

How to report

Email support@deerlightlabs.com with:

• a link to the video, or a screenshot or copy of it,
• what is wrong with it (for example: it shows me without my consent, it shows a child, it is sexual or violent),
• your email address, so we can tell you what we did.

If the report involves a child, or intimate content made without consent, put URGENT in the subject line.

What happens next

• Urgent reports are acted on within 24 hours.
• Other reports are reviewed within 48 hours.
• If the video breaks our Content rules, we remove it and act on the account that made it. Content involving the abuse of children is reported to the authorities.
• We tell you what we did.

Appeals

If your photo was refused or your account was restricted and you think it was a mistake, email support@deerlightlabs.com with the email address of your account. A person will review it.
