Who we are

Victoria Secret AI is a video tool run by Deerlight Labs ("we", "us"). Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are processed by Stripe. Your card statement shows DEERLIGHT LABS. PayPal payments are processed by PayPal.

By using the site you agree to these terms and to our Content rules and Privacy policy.

What the service does

You upload a photo and pick a style. We use AI (MiniMax-H3, through WhatsToken) to turn it into a short HD video without a watermark. Each video uses one video credit.

If the site offers free watermarked previews, they are limited per person, per network and per day, and we may pause them when demand is high.

Your account

You must be 18 or older to use the site. Use a real email address and keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account. You can also buy without an account; your purchases are kept in your browser and in a private link we show you (and email when we can); anyone with that link can use it.

Your photos

• Upload only photos you took or have the right to use.
• Effects made for pets and places refuse photos that show people.
• Every photo is checked before anything is made, and photos that break the Content rules are refused.
• You give us permission to store and process your photo only to make your video and to keep the service safe. We delete uploaded photos within 7 days.

Your videos

Videos are made by AI. You may keep them and share them for personal and social use. Don't present them as real footage to mislead anyone, and follow the rules of the platforms where you post them. Videos stay in My videos for 30 days; download the ones you want to keep.

Credits and payments

• Packs are one-time payments, not subscriptions: 1 HD video for $9.99, 3 HD videos for $24.99, 10 HD videos for $59.99 (USD; taxes may be added at checkout).
• One credit makes or unlocks one HD video. Credits don't expire.
• You always see the price before you pay. Prices may change, but a change never affects credits you already bought.

Refunds

• A video fails or is refused by our checks: the credit comes back to your account by itself.
• Something is wrong with an HD video (it won't play, or it clearly isn't the style you picked): write to us within 14 days and we will remake it or refund it.
• Credits you haven't used: you can ask for a refund within 14 days of buying the pack.
• Credits already used to make or unlock a video are not refundable, except for the cases above, because the video was delivered.

To ask for a refund, email support@deerlightlabs.com with the email address of your account. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we usually answer within one business day.

What you may not do

Follow the Content rules. We may refuse uploads, remove videos, and suspend or close accounts that break them. Don't try to get around the safety checks, scrape the site, or resell the service.

The service as it is

We work to keep the site running and the videos good, but AI results vary and the service is provided as it is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will say so on the site before it takes effect.

If a generation submission loses its response, it may still have been billed. We hold its credit for manual review rather than automatically submitting or refunding it again. Contact support to resolve it.
